We accept requests for laboratory test results from other clinics and doctors. In all cases, we will contact you to inform you of the nature of the results. In the event of a major abnormality, our nurse will make sure your doctor is advised and that referrals are promptly made where appropriate.

Note that Crea-MeD test results are obtained electronically by CDL Laboratoires and that they are automatically archived to patient records for better monitoring.

In the event you chose another lab, Crea-MeD will charge you to track, scan and manually archive your results to your electronic file. The cost of monitoring, archiving and digitization are $ 75 per set of laboratory tests performed on a given day.
